How is it the end of the season already? It feels like it was just weeks ago, when I was completely destroyed by the heavy rain in Waterloo, Wisconsin – only to be destroyed by the heavy rains in Oostmalle yesterday as well. An apt way to finish off the 2019/2020 cyclocross season.
Which was the last season organised along familiar lines. Next year comes the new structure, Flanders Classic putting on 14 World Cups. We’ll see a few new venues and even new countries and I am curious to see how the new system affects the two other race series.
While the cyclocross season is over, I’ll be looking at cyclocross photos for a few more weeks as I’m finishing up the 2019/2020 edition of my cyclocross albums – stay tuned, more details are coming soon!
