2019 Cyclocross World Championships, Bogense, Training Day 1

This is going to be my tenth cyclocross World Championships and I’m really looking forward to this weekend’s racing. I arrived when the afternoon training started, but at this point, not much was happening, only a few rider decided to check out the course. The course, that features no less than seven flyovers. I’m not sure it’s a record (Zolder in 2016 was a strong contestant), but it definitely looks impressive.

        So cool.. and Salvador Alvarado seems to be impressed as well. So I guess that it’s really, really steep.

    I assume she made it to the top of the climb on her rear wheel like Kenny Belaey would have done it in a trial competion…
