The Oostmalle cyclocross race is always a funny one. On one hand, it means the season is over, I resume to be a normal human being and I become a normal human being for few months and do normal things during the weekends. But it also means that the season is over, the excitement of the races, the anticipation, the ‘who’s going to win the worlds’ chats, the long drives, the audiobooks, the beer and the frites, it’s all over for the next few months.
My third full cyclocross season has finished a few hours ago, it’s been a wonderful adventure, I have enjoyed an overwhelming majority of it and even the not-so-good bits look ok. I will wrap the season up next week in a blogpost, but for now, I would like to say thank you to all of you for following my travels, enjoying my photos and sometimes buying the books. Thank you.
Now my full and undivided attention goes to finishing the 2013/2014 cyclocross book on schedule, in order to start shipping in May. In the meantime, please check out the page (click here) where you can find more info and you can pre-order the book, too. The book is not only a great chronicle of the season but it also helps me to keep this site running.
Thanks for staying with me on this journey, more to come soon!
