Showing up in a town where no cyclocross is taking place, is not very conducive to taking cyclocross photos. After speaking to someone this morning about Loenhout, I entered Loenhout into my satnav – instead of Essen. I was accordingly annoyed when I arrived at Loenhout that there were no signs to guide us to the race. And then I remembered that today’s race is in Essen. Luckily the two places are only a short drive away from one another…
