TTs are supposed to be easy to shoot, but it didn’t feel like it today. The whole course was cordoned off, probably that’s de rigueur these days, but it definitely made life a fair bit harder. On the other hand, I can see above most people, so it was kind of ok. It was nice to amble around in the nicest parts of Budapest, shooting fast people on bikes and just like yesterday, I bumped into a lot of friends I haven’t seen for ages, sometimes for more than a decade. One stage left to go (for me anyway), looking forward to going back to Lake Balaton tomorrow, the course will be going past places where I used to spend many summers when I was a kid. Looking forward to it!
