The Worlds is always a whirlwind. So much is happening, it’s the pinnacle of the season and therefore a lot of people want a lot of different things. This year, I’m doing a few video interviews for Flobikes, which is really good fun, but I have to be super careful with my time and that can be tricky at times.
I don’t want to bang on about the lack of spectators for the 100th time – but they are really missing from a World Championships. That being said, it seems like it is a real miracle that the races are going ahead at all, apparently, it came really close to shut everything down.
Today was a really fun day, the proximity of the sea offers so many opportunities and if you can keep warm, it really is a good day out.
Tomorrow is the last day and while most people are probably most looking forward to the elite men’s race, I am quietly hoping for another podium for BKV…
