The shortest World Cup season just ended today with some fantastic racing. I can’t stop thinking about today’s race with the usual Overijse crowds… But let’s be grateful for what we have and let’s not dwell on what could have been. Especially when one hears about the rumours that circling about the cancellation of the Worlds in Overijse next week.
While the rumours about the cancellation sound convincing, it seems that they don’t reflect the intentions of the government and the race will indeed go ahead on Saturday and Sunday – but then again, I might have to eat my words this time next week. All my fingers are crossed… 🙂
