In previous years, the race at Diegem used to be the last race of the year. That’s not the case anymore, but because of the old habit, it has this end-of-the-year feeling. Just like every year, there are a lot of people around the course, but it felt this year that it was a lot harder to get around. So much so, that I was stuck at one of the ‘Oversteek’ points and I missed Ellen Van Loy’s first Superprestige win, which upset me greatly.
A day off and then just one race left for me this year, Azencross Tuesday. More to come soon…
