The first race of the day were for industry figures: dealers, retailers, journalists, etc. – you get the idea. By the Wheelers & Dealers race started, it was dark already and the women’s race followed without much delay. A quite impressive field lined up at 8:20 pm, that included Katerina Nash, Georgia Gould (newly-crowned MTB world champ Catherine Pendrel supported her teammates in civil clothes), Amy Dombroski and Caroline Mani.
